How to Print

Heylo! So I've been kind of getting this question a lot:

How and where to print my portrait or commission?

And I decided that I would make a page that could hopefully answer that question and where I could just direct people to in the future. Of course if you see anything I should include feel free to let me know, or if you have any additional questions, feel free to email me maikacoffee.business@gmail.com

So for starters, unless you specifically request me to send you a physical print, which would be through my online store, I will be sending you a Digital File of your commission, more than likely to your email.

What this means, is that again, nothing physical will be sent to you and you will have to print your commissioned picture yourself. I know there are artists who can send physical prints, but unfortunately I do not have a good way to do so at this time, and the only other way to do that is to pay extra to use my online store. So I apologize for this inconvenience.

Now when you receive your digital file you can download it from your email and you can use it for personal use. You can use it as a background for your computer, you can use it as your thumbnail picture for your social media, you can also download it on your phone and use it the same way you use your other photos on your phone (as long it is for personal use).

1.) But you can also choose to print your picture from your own computer if you have a good printer set up and your own paper you like to use. Every printer is different of course, but the instructions the printer provides should help you in being able to print your picture, just make sure your file is downloaded to your computer.

2.) You can also choose to print your picture at your local print shop. I usually recommend FedEx/Kinkos (no this is not me sponsoring this company). I just know that you are able to request Canvas quality paper, or any other paper you prefer, at a very reasonable price at Kinkos! You'll see the difference in prices if you ask them for their prices versus ordering a Canvas paper from my online store.

-To go about getting it printed your local print shop, you can download the file and move it onto a Flash Drive/Thumb Drive/Hard Drive. Then you take that Drive to your local print shop and they can grab the file themselves to print.

-If you don't have a Flash Drive, I know that you can download the file on your phone and you can request a print from Kinkos using your phone. You can download their app and follow their instructions to print. Here is the link to their site about Mobile Printing: https://www.fedex.com/en-us/printing/mobile-printing.html

-You may also use Kinkos' website directly and follow their instructions for printing, here is a link to their website: https://www.fedex.com/en-us/printing.html

-I believe you can also simply email your file to Kinkos, but I would speak to them in person to double check how you can do that.

I do apologize for only referencing FedEx/Kinkos, but you can check into your local print shop that you would prefer and see if they have any similar options available for printing.

3.) And again, the third option is my online shop RedBubble. I already put this information on my Commissions Page but will repeat here:

If you really wish for me to send a physical copy, it will have to be through my online print shop and it will cost extra (whatever my store charges). Will have to discuss further details in an email if you really want to do this. But to help you get an idea of what my online shop offers, you can check out these links below:

-Art Board Print

-Art Print

-Canvas Mounted Print

-Canvas Print

-Framed Art Print

-Photographic Print

-Poster

-Wood Mounted Print

The prices/sizes are listed on each print. Keep in mind too that you may not be able to get the print in the size you were hoping for since RedBubble is more limited in their options.

I hope that some of this information was at least a little helpful! Of course I will definitely still try to assist and answer any other questions you may have too! But thank you so much for your patience, again for considering me for your project and just for stopping by! Stay awesome!
